Dogs Are Family Too

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must ensure dogs remain off furniture to maintain the property’s pristine condition.
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house.
Puppies are not permitted, as the focus is on accommodating mature, well-behaved dogs that can adapt to the home's environment.

This property is professionally cleaned after each group and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Neighbourhood Overview
Aubrey Road overlooking Albert Town is 4.2 km to Wanaka Central via highway 84 and 1.5 km to the famous Pembroke Bakery, 4 Square mini-market and Albert Town Tavern. This area is surrounded by many hiking/biking/climbing/kayaking options for people of various levels of fitness.
You will need your own transport.

We will you contact closer to your arrival date with check in instructions.
If you wish to bring children under 3 years, please acknowledge that the internal staircase is a potential hazard, this is at your own risk.
No smoking inside. All outdoor smoking activity must be away form open doors and windows. Smokers must not throw butts around the section. All litter must be removed from the section before departure.
No parties or events.
Amenity limitations
We supply non-perishable consumables in enough quantity for you to settle in. We do not replenish these consumables during your stay.
Quiet Hours
Between 10 pm and 7 am. This is a Council requirement.
Dogs visit this property occasionally, if you have severe allergies to dogs, please do not book this home.
Health and Safety
Climbing or play structure — “Internal staircase is dangerous for small children.”
Smoke alarms are built in.
First aid kit - available.
Fire extinguishers - 1 in the garage. 2 portable extinguishers in the upstairs pantry.
The house has night lights on a sensor.

Cancellation Policy
At the time of your reservation we will require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The total of the fee is due 30 days before check in. During those remaining 30 days if a cancellation occurs you will only be fully or partially refunded dependent upon how many of your cancelled dates we can re-book. (We use 30 days as a cut-off because it gives us a reasonable chance to re-book dates and provide refunds)
We recommend Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
